Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of the Cronic Mobile Detailing Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests agree to abide when using the service.

When you book online or by phone with Cronic Mobile Detailing, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

Packages

Prices and package contents are subject to change at the discretion of Cronic Mobile Detailing at any time. Any changes will be reflected on www.cronicmobiledetailing.com .

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Cronic Mobile Detailing accepts cash, checks, Zelle, debit cards and credit cards.

If a payment card is declined, Cronic Mobile Detailing will ask the customer to provide an alternate payment method. Cronic Mobile Detailing may begin a collection process 48 hours after a customer's payment has been declined and remains unpaid.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service.

Cronic Mobile Detailing will not accept liability for the loss of personal property contained inside the vehicle or left at the service location.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is located in a lawful and reasonably safe service area. If you have concerns about the location or surrounding conditions, please communicate those concerns with your detailing specialist prior to service.

All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing and cleaning processes. Any damage claim arising directly from cleaning services will be limited to the cost of the service performed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to obtain debit or credit card information to secure a booking. Payment cards may be processed through our third-party payment or scheduling provider.

We reserve the right to alter, delay or move an appointment due to staffing levels, weather conditions, machinery or equipment failure, safety concerns or other circumstances affecting our ability to perform the scheduled service.

Cronic Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50, or a proportional amount thereof, for work that falls outside the scope of the original booking.

A minimum 20% surcharge may be applied to jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces or other hazardous or biohazardous materials.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $40 fee to compensate for reserved technician time.

This policy applies to retail-priced detailing appointments.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is clear and reasonable evidence that a service technician did not complete the package as ordered, or there is clear evidence of unsatisfactory workmanship, Cronic Mobile Detailing will make reasonable efforts to redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional charge.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of completion of the service by calling or texting (515) 868-8616 or emailing adam@cronicmobiledetailing.com .

Photos of the area in question should be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Appointment Time

Mobile detailing appointments are scheduled within a one-hour arrival window. The appointment time shown in our booking system represents the scheduled arrival window rather than an exact arrival time. For example, a morning appointment booked for 8:30 AM has an arrival window between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. An afternoon appointment may have an arrival window between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

Traffic, weather, previous appointments and other circumstances may affect the exact arrival time within the scheduled window. Cronic Mobile Detailing will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.

SMS Messaging Terms

Coupon & Referral Policy

From time to time, Cronic Mobile Detailing may offer referral programs that allow customers to earn credits redeemable toward Cronic Mobile Detailing services by sharing a unique referral link.

Credits and coupons may not be combined unless otherwise stated. To qualify for a referral credit, the referred customer must be a new customer and must use the applicable referral link when signing up for services.

Referral credits may not be earned by:

• Referring yourself using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses.
• Referring an existing Cronic Mobile Detailing customer, including an existing customer using an alternate email address.
• Sending spam or unsolicited emails to individuals you do not personally know.
• Posting referral links on public message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other unauthorized online venues.
• Permitting another individual to use the referring customer's account.
• Referring fake individuals, impersonating another person or providing false or misleading information.
• Using a referral link in a manner that disparages or negatively misrepresents Cronic Mobile Detailing.
• Violating any additional referral program restrictions disclosed by Cronic Mobile Detailing.

If Cronic Mobile Detailing determines that a violation of these terms has occurred, it reserves the right to cancel or rescind accrued referral credits and to determine that participating customers are ineligible for current or future referral offers.

Cronic Mobile Detailing reserves the right to verify, void or adjust credits before or after posting or redemption.

4. Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cronic Mobile Detailing and its suppliers will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use materials on this website, including damages related to lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some limitations may not apply to you.

Materials appearing on the Cronic Mobile Detailing website may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. Cronic Mobile Detailing does not warrant that website materials are accurate, complete or current.
